According to a BBC story a Cambodian couple have cut their house in half to avoid convoluted divorce proceedings. The couple had been married for almost 40 years, so it’s very sad that their relationship should end this way.
Divorce is, of course, something that’s often prevalent among expats too – especially if the couple are geographically separated for extended periods. Perhaps it’s something we should write about soon. (Yet another idea to add to a never-ending list.)
