We wrote about Kiva earlier in our post Kiva – Give the world’s poor a leg up. Since then we’ve grown to nine members lending a total of $300 to entrepreneurs in some of the world’s poorest countries.
Why not have a look at our team page and the loans we’ve made? Perhaps you’d like to join in too. The minimum loan you can make is $25, which isn’t very much to empower people to change their lives.
Kay has been an expat for over 20 years. She set up the British Expat website more than 10 years ago, whilst living in London and missing the expat life. These days she spends much of her time lugging computers and cameras around the world. (Dave gets to deal with all the really heavy stuff.)
