This has to be one of the most incompetent "link-building" spams I've ever seen. It's in dodgy English, it doesn't appear to mention the name of the magazine and it doesn't even have a link.

The magazine publishers have really wasted their money with this one. And to think they could have had a legitimate advert, with a link (and a picture if they'd wanted), if they'd just coughed up £15 for 90 days.
