Hello All

I have now sent all the required documents to London. I was wondering what will happen next? What are other peoples experiences and how long did you have to wait until you heard anything?

Just to let you know I recieved a letter today fro the High Commission saying I'm in th system!. Yay!! Fingers corssed now.

Strangley enough I posted my docs to London HC on 2nd July which looks the same day as you....hope that I have a letter on the door mat when I get in tonight.

Was the letter advising you just that you are in the system or did it also give you a processing time for your application?

Hi Rob,

The letter advised that yes we are now in the system for a further determination as to whether we are eligible for processing. Bit long winded, but I guess they are checking the forms over again. It states that if you are not eligible then you will receive another letter stating why.

With regards to processing time, it states that on average it takes only 12 months to process!! Blimey, thats a lot quicker than when they changed from the previous system.

Thanks Mark, no letter yesterday but I suppose it will be different for evryone.

Great news on the processing time, I hoped that it would be around 12 months....I don't think we can take it in the UK much longer.

Thanks for the info and I will keep people upadted with my timings as well.
