There is a way through this route, but I do not know the full in's and out's of it as we are going in another way. Do some searching and all should be revealed - wart's and all!

Provincial Nominee's must sign and declare on Schedule 4 of the application that they intend to live in the province that nominated them.
It's unlikely that moving out of the Province would result in PR being revoked (I've never heard of it happening), but still, the possibility is there, particularly as a declaration is signed.
If you were planning to leave the province as soon as PR is granted, it's a bit unfair on the Province that nominated you. I'm not saying you have to stay there for the rest of your life, but at least a couple of years seems fair.
Don't forget, your place on a PNP scheme could be used by someone with a genuine intent to settle and make a life for themselves in the province. Also a tad unfair if you don't intend to settle for a couple of years at least.
