Hi all

My family are hoping to move to Nova Scotia around the Colchester county area I was just wondering how easy it is to buy land the build your own house. Is it really expensive.

Very easy in fact the local hardware shops sell the plans - if you want standard type of house. Land well that is location dependent ranges from $5,000 upwards depending on size, water views etc.
