Hi, anybody out there who pays currently German income tax on UK state pension? There is a new DT treaty from 30.3.2010 regarding UK pensions and its treatment for tax purposes. I must say that I am confused. As far as I am concerned, the UK state pension is relievable
if subject to tax. It means there is no tax to be paid in Germany. It is covered by UK personal allowance.
