Very Happy Hi All,

I would like to say that I feel lucky to have found this forum on the internet and having spent a few interesting hours reading various threads ( its very slow at work!) I have my own question of the forum.

I am very interested in Living and working in the Turks and Caicos Isles, I will probably take a holiday there sometime later this year to do some scuba diving and to see if it comes up to my expectations and to do a general inventory of things. This seems like a good idea to me, although Im not too naive to think that a holiday on a paradise isle is the same as living and working there , but hey! we all have to start planning our dream somehow Very Happy Very Happy

My main question is what is needed in the way of visa's etc for a guy like myself? I cant seem to find out if I can just go there other than as a tourist.. It seems that US citizens can go even without a passport! but I thought it was a British Colony

Im a 45 yr old British guy born in london. I have a full british passport.

As I have some PADI qualifications I could get some work in the dive/tourist line, but I would like to keep this as a hobby, as I said Im not a dreamer. I work at present for a Bank in the City of London as an IT support analyst and therefore see myself looking for work in this kind of environment.

Basically I see the TCI's being Ideal for me... Im i right or wrong???

Cheers, and thanks in advance,

Paul. Wink

Paul, i just happened upon your post as i was reading thru. I have no help to offer, but thought maybe if you posted on some of the other boards here as well that someone may see it, and have an answer for you...it's just that sometimes specific posts seem to get overlooked. Keep trying, there are sooooooo many great people here that i knowsomeone can help you. Very Happy
