France - British Expat Forum

I saw the graffiti below (see link) on a road south of Limoux in the Aude. Has anyone else seem anything similar? I once heard a rumour that there were similar sights in the north of France. This one says "Rosbifs Go Home" and someone else has written Fascist above it. The rest of the wall has 'OC slogans on it: "Colonists Out" for example. Sorry about the image link below, I can't work out how to get the image to show up directly.

I can't make the <img> tag work, either. At first I thought it was because you were dispalying a full-sized page, but I extracted the image URL from that and tried again, to no avail. Dave, any ideas?

I certainly haven't seen any graffiti like that - maybe they're aimed at a particular bunch of brits who have got into an argument about something. Sadly, they're not all angels, by any stretch of the imagination.

I couldn't make it work with that URL either. I suspect the problem is the question-mark - the phpBB script can't cope with dynamically-generated image links. Links to static images work fine - I tried with a couple hosted on our own server and on the BBC News site.

So how would I put an image in the text.
I tried to insert it after saving and then copying it as a jpeg.
On its own and between img tags.

No juicy graffiti then I guess?
