Hiya,
My husband and I are toying with the idea of buying a bar/restaurant in Britanny - is there anybody out there that can give us some realistic advice of the ins and out and pros and cons of doing this?? It all sounds a very good idea but I dont know as yet the legal side of tax, employing staff, etc etc. I dont want to make bundles of money but just to be able to live comfortably in a nice area. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks

A few years ago, I ran a series of articles on one of my websites about John Harries-Harris and Bar-Bonen in the middle of Brittany. I haven't spoken to him for a while -the last time I did the bar was doing well but the associated B&B was not. Contact him through the above link, and tell him Mike K-H sent you. I'm sure he'd be happy to talk.

Hi,
I'm a researcher for a TV Production Company and I'm currently looking for families who could possibly feature in a documentary which will follow families as they make the big move abroad to start a new life.
If this sounds like something that you could be interested in, or if you would just like some more information, please give me a call or an email and I'll be happy to have a chat and explain things further.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Many thanks
Alida James
