HI Kirsty and welcome Razz

Glad you found us!

Once you have been here a little while you might want to come and visit us in the House of Fun, always good for a giggle and very friendly - there are some nutters, but you'll soon sort them out from us sane people Laughing

Hi Kirsty and welcome. Always nice to 'meet' new people.
Where abouts in Cardiff are you??? When in the UK I live in Barry which is not a million miles from you!

Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place, (such a lovely place)
Plenty of room in the Hotel California
...lah de dah...
You can check out any time you want
But you can never leave.

The Eagles are not threatened by my singing, as you can tell

I will ignore the previous post and not respond in kin.

Mike, i don't know if it's lateral thinking, or just the fact that i'm... (lowers the cone of silence) older. Weren't the Eagles the greatest tho? My personal vote for best all-time group (yes, even above the ever-prolific Beatles)

And nostalgia over (oh no! i think i just proved that post of you-know-who's about 'you know you are old when...' ) ...
only NINE days until Christmas!!!

See, JaJ, 'cos of my roots, I feel obliged to promote things like Glen Ord and kilts.

And bands like Runrig and Wolfstone, who took traditional Scottish music and brought it forward a few generations. And even Fairport Convention is worth a mention.

But in all honesty, the Eagles will always be on top for me.

Embarassed Now I've come out life will never be the same again Embarassed

Have to watch I don't ever drink that many, that's all Wink

Hi Kirsty,
A belated welcome from the random-idiot-and-equal-opportunity-required-token-youth-type-person.
Wonderful to finally see another Welsh person around (especially as Audrey has come out of the closet as well).
Feel free to join in all over and providing you take care not to be kidnapped by our resident trio of nutters (SSue, Not Lorna and Jaj), you'll be just fine!!
