HI Kirsty and welcome
Glad you found us!
Once you have been here a little while you might want to come and visit us in the House of Fun, always good for a giggle and very friendly - there are some nutters, but you'll soon sort them out from us sane people

Welcome, Kirsty - glad to see someone UK-based on here. Sometimes I feel like a cry in the wilderness!
**Warning**
Don't go near the House of Fun. It's like the Hotel California.
But Clark in the Park and Ruggies are nice

*** humming in harmony***
Thanks, JaJ . . . for a moment there I thought I'd been too obscure, even by my standards
Lateral thinkers of the world you night.

I will ignore the previous post and not respond in kin.
Mike, i don't know if it's lateral thinking, or just the fact that i'm... (lowers the cone of silence) older. Weren't the Eagles the greatest tho? My personal vote for best all-time group (yes, even above the ever-prolific Beatles)
And nostalgia over (oh no! i think i just proved that post of you-know-who's about 'you know you are old when...' ) ...
only NINE days until Christmas!!!

See, JaJ, 'cos of my roots, I feel obliged to promote things like Glen Ord and kilts.
And bands like Runrig and Wolfstone, who took traditional Scottish music and brought it forward a few generations. And even Fairport Convention is worth a mention.
But in all honesty, the Eagles will always be on top for me.
Now I've come out life will never be the same again

Have to watch I don't ever drink that many, that's all

Not enough, obviously.
