So, you really do want us to part amicably don't you Kay,
Dave, you are far to much of a drama queen for me.......
I'll leave you to it now and thanks for the chat and free advertising.
You could always get yourselves proper jobs...it would stop you being so anal about your precious site and your rules.
Bye for now

Oooh! Get her!
It's amazing how often people resort to personal abuse when they're caught doing something they know they shouldn't and don't have a leg to stand on. Back to the playground, eh?
He'll be telling us we smell next.

@ CurryBarking
Despite what you may think about us and our rules, our dictatorial manner, the cyber troops, how precious and anal we are, plus the drama, I do not rush to wield the dictatorial axe and ban people.
You seem to be somewhat appalled by the fact that we are in business to make money. Isn't everyone in business to do that? Sure, we have a lot of fun and make friends along the way but the rules remain and we don't allow people to post "visit my website" adverts, especially not on their first posting.
You joined up. You advertised. It wasn't welcome. You were banned for being a spammer. We have very little tolerance for people who join up and dump adverts on us, and a ban for that is pretty much automatic.
You had your nose put out of joint about that and returned with a new user name to slate us and our forum. We didn't ban on sight, we let you have your say, offensive though it was at times.
You don't like us - you've made that clear - and some of our members don't like you.
I've thought long and hard about this and have reached the conclusion that you should either do as you yourself suggested and not spend time here, or you should retract your more offensive statements and then play by the rules. If you can't agree to either of these, then I'll be forced to ban you as someone we don't want to have around.
The choice is yours.
As the forum owner, my primary goal is to try to run the place in the way that the members want it. Is it about money? Well, yes, to an extent it is.
Take a shop analogy, you have the owner, the manager, and several long term customers in the shop. Someone you've never even seen before comes into your shop and puts up posters advertising their business. When they're told not to do it, they become abusive to the others in the shop. Who do you tell to go away?

I'm sure you will do what you feel is the right way to act.
I still don't know where the insults are.
I am not appalled that you are only running the site to make money, I'm glad that is clear.
Thank you for letting me have my say but I could equally be offended by what Dave said. As offended you feel by what I have said, perhaps.
Nice to meet you to Chris...
By the way, you're patronising attitude does you no favours....
You take an analogy....

What's this all about and why are you obsessed with the word anal? It makes me think of dogs. You know, the type who have to sniff each other's bottoms before they'll decide whether to be friends or not. Do you want to sniff my bottom? Or perhaps you're wanting me to sniff yours.
We don't do that on here. Not until a scratch and sniff monitor is invented anyway.

Read your earlier postings in this thread and you'll find them.
I do try to remain good humoured even when people severely try my patience. I'm sure you could post some interesting things, but we're not going to give you free advertising. End of story.
Like it or lump it, those are the rules. You're on your final warning. Play nicely or get banned as someone the members don't want to have around.

Now you are getting too weird for me Kay,
The anal reference is how you and Dave are about your precious site and nothing else, you talk to me about dog behaviour when your avatar says 'rottweiler'....very odd but I suppose....., no, I'll stop myself there...
You feel what I have already said is insulting, I'm sure we both could do far better than that but I won't rise to your challenge.
With regard to the advertising...I would like to thank your members who have bought my book already, so cheers.
I can always play nicely when the mood takes me.
I'm sure you're ok really......I feel myself warming to you somehow, despite your low opinion of me
Bye for now Kay, I'll be back soon if you'll let me.... 8)
