I have a question, I would like to tell people about some English activity camps that are being run this summer. I don't want to be seen as advertising; as they will provide an excellent opportunity for children to experience new things, meet new friends and give the parents a week off. If you could let me know whether it is ok for me to post about these camps then that would be great.

If you want to advertise any goods or service, then you'll need to buy an advert. Otherwise we don't allow it. So, no, it wouldn't be OK just to post about it. Your post would be quickly identified as self-promotion and removed.
