My wife & I have decided to move to Malta as soon as we sell our apt
and we are coming to buy an apt.
I have heard about how expensive the electricity and water in Malta.
Can anyone let me know what is the average bill per month for electricity & water. Is there other things to pay apart from electric & water, example house tax etc
Pl name some of the save areas to live and also area that always
flooding during raining season
Hope to hearing from you soon
Thanks
Terry

Hi TTJT - look forward to welcoming you on the Malta forum, but in brief, electricity prices in Malta are comparable to the UK - the catch is that non-residents pay 40% more than residents. If you have any followup questions, please ask them on the Malta forum, where we'll do our best to help
