If there's a fault - please start a new topic on the Fault Reports board.
And so on...
And please be patient. For example, sometimes we may temporarily lock a thread while we split it. Just wait a few minutes. The work'll be done all the faster if we don't have to break off from what we're doing to reply to those who've contacted us about why the thread was locked or whatever.
