Hi there.
Great site,i enjoy looking at the posts in my area of interest,which is Portugal.
I would like to PM someone,and was told I need to be a member.Looking at the posting guidelines,it says that if you have been here long enough you can use the PM facility.
How does this work?
I have been here a while,but haven't posted much.
Do I have to become a member?
