I can't seem to find much on adoption on the web. I hope someone out there can point me in the right direction.

I have been living and working in the UAE for 12 years now. I would like to adopt my step son who is now 16 years old. He, like his mother have an Indian Passport.

Anyone out there who can advice me on the legal process or point me to some urls?
