Brilli, a game still played in Gharb, resembles skittles, while Bocci, whose origins probably go back to Hospitaller times, involves getting closest to the likk and preventing opponents from doing so. While Bocci and Brilli were played exclusively by men, women had their own type of entertainment. A session of Haga Mohgaga was very popular amongst them and required considerable skill in solving the riddles, customarily presented by the eldest of the group.
