Hi, there may be a chance that we will be able to Gozo in sept (very delayed from original April move date)
My partner has a fiat scudo van (he is a plumber).
I have work lined up but he doesn't. We are considering driving over as we can get more stuff in the van which he has had for about 5 years.

I have looked around but can't find any advice on importing a van, we need to see if it would be worth importing it but can't find any figures.
We are coming over for 3 weeks in July, where do i go for info or can anyone help.
Thanks

Hi sarahc,

If you are coming to Gozo, the person who will have all the information is Joanny Spiteri, who is the Gozo contact for Transport Malta, in the Government offices in St. Francis Square (through the big archway next to the cafe). In case of difficulty, ask at the reception office, around the corner on the left hand side of the archway.

Try using this link to find registration values for the van, though you might have to search further into the site for commercial valuations, as I think this is bit is just for private cars.

http://www.valuation.vehicleregistration.gov.mt/Car.aspx

As an example, Jan 2007 Fiat Scudo 5 door diesel, 60,000 miles, pops up at just over 4,000euros.
