I see that the buoy which was located at the entrance to the bay in Marsalforn has vanished overnight!

What next?

I see what's happened to the buoy now, they've towed it into the harbour probably for servicing or repair!

The cruise ship buoy installed at Xlendi two years ago remains unused after costing €238,000

Perhaps the one at Marsalforn could join it for a buoy's night out!

238,000 Euros seems an awful lot of money to spend on a buoy ...

It was only 38 euro for the buoy, the rest probably went on labour costs and foreign fact finding missions to see what anchor chain was needed. Cracking up

Tsk. So terribly expensive. Any time I was on any kind of overseas consultancy and saw an attractive buoy, I just used to issue the order, "Have that buoy washed and brought to my tent!"

(Hope there aren't any Americans reading this. I believe they pronounce it "booey" so they won't get the jokes.)

They come in all shapes and sizes, but I've found the Cardinal Buoys tend to attract smaller ones for some reason Mr. Green Cracking up

No problem there. They'd just get moved on by the Vatican. Mr. Green

I dunno. Maybe a well rounded personality, who spends a lot of time helping others. That would be an attractive buoy to me.

PS: I never mentioned Chris Green. I swear I never even thought of him when I wrote that.
