Hello all,

I've found a really nice apartment in Bugibba but im a little sceptical at the price.

It has 2 bedrooms,en-suite,balcony with unobstructed seaviews,nice location,and looks nice inside.

My concern is that it was quite alot less that €300,and an estate agent told me that finding a seaview for less than €300 would be very difficult.

So its got me thinking that this apartment is "too good to be true"...which usually means it is!

Could anyone shed any light on why it may be so cheap ?

a desperate/sensible landlord ? Given the number of empty properties, its not surprising some landlords are seeing sense and slashing rents

Have seen quite a few apartments advertised around the 300 euro range.
Think you answered your own question when you said "I've found".....that buggers the estate agents commission for getting you a dearer place!!
