i start living here in june i have maltese id now my driving license expired 16/5/2011 i was in greece and i come here and stay here can i apply to change my driving licence expired or i have to wait 6 mounths then apply for it?

I believe you can still exchange your licence (but you may need to wait the six months.). Best thing is to take the licence in to the Maltese authorities and see what they say - there maybe a special dispensation on the time as its expired
