It seems to good to be true, just an 8 euro admin fee! http://www.transport.gov.mt/admin/uploads/media-library/files/POL%2033%20-%20%20List%20of%20Annual%20Circulation%20Fees%20(Version%207%20-%209th%20April%202013).pdf

"Classic, Vintage or Veteran Vehicles (manufactured on or before a date falling 30 years preceding the date of issue or renewal of their licence and certified by the Vintage Classification Committee"

It's the and certified by the Vintage Classification committee bit that bothers me!

Has anyone had any direct experience with this?
