I know I can drive in New Zealand for up to a year on a UK driving licence, but do I need to inform DVLA that I've left the UK? They don't allow you to enter an overseas address if you tell them you've moved. Does that affect the validity of your UK licence if/when you come back?

Not sure if you have had an answer. You can drive here for more than a year if you leave the country, its a year from date of last entry. You dont have to inform DVLA. Jeff
