Hi everybody....hope you can help me out.

We've just sold our property in Wales and we're looking to move to Valencia.
Completion is expected within 3-4 weeks, and as there's no chain involved, it seems to be progressing smoothly.
Consequently we're now at the stage where we can make definite plans in Spain.

Initially we will need to rent short term (maybe 3 months) in order to view properties and get a general feel for the area.
We will require a 3 bed rental property (that allows dogs), and also has a garage or secure outbuilding for motorcycles and general storage.
The general location for the rental is not important providing it meets the above criteria.

I'm planning to fly out there within the next two weeks to view any suitable properties.
So.....any links or advice you can give me on where to look?
