When people tell you things will get better, it can be difficult to believe them when you are depressed.

But they will get better.

Good luck.

I really feel for you, Carla. We went through so much hell with our London house problems (tenant wouldn't move out, trashed the place, misinformation from the lettings agent, trying to fix the place up so it was possible to put it on the market, purchaser messing us about...). It was 13 months of misery. I couldn't eat properly and my arms and legs were skeletal, I lost motivation, you name it... it was absolutely awful.

But here we are a few months down the track. We've just bought a new house and are having it totally renovated - a major job, and a bit worrying in itself. But we're enjoying the challenge. We went out today to buy some new furniture. It's a happy time.

It doesn't really help when people tell you that things will get better, but they do!
