Well, So far 19 views, no comments, no info. Do I feel excluded? No. Do I feel ignored? No. However, I did expect some comment, even a sarcastic one.
Ah well, I tried this avenue as I believed it would produce something. Proof I can still be wrong even at my age.

It may be because they have never seen them (counters) I certainly haven't in the last ten years driving all along the south coast from Almeria to Gibraltar and inland to such as Granada and Seville. It might be a "Northern" thing !
