Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me out with some legal advice. I want to go to barcelona and sell homemade ice lollies on the port area and on the beach, i will be on a bike with a box!!

I was wondering if this is allowed and if i need any certificates or anything to be able to do this??

i plan to be selling from may 09 to end of august 09.

I hope you can answer my questions, if not do you know where i go??

Welcome to the British Expat forum from me also. Good luck with your plans and proposed new business. I'm afraid I don't have a definitive answer for you. My best suggestion is to try the British Chamber of Commerce in Madrid. If they can't help you, I'm sure they'll know of a person or local group who can.

PS: The C of C I linked to above lists a C of C Barcelona on their links page, so I had a look. It's just a domain parking page with nothing useful at all. Someone should inform the C of C in Madrid so they can update their links page. (Not me, sorry, I've got too many other things on my to do list.)
