Spainboy did a very nice tutorial which is how I eventually managed to post a picture. I say eventually cos it took a while to sink in, my fault not Spainboy's tutorial. Here is the link:

I decided to post a recent image of myself, I'm heading out to help fight 'crime' in the mean streets of Interior B.C. Canada. Being a volunteer police officer has it's advantages, I get to wear a bullet proof vest and a postman's hat :lol:
