Baby innoculations (2, 3 & 4 month) in Nova Scotia

Postby nic&dave » Fri 11 Apr 2008 09:07 GMT

Hi all,

Hubby has just been offered a job in Halifax, and is due to start July 14th. He is currently waiting on the "official" offer so we don't know yet what medical package may be offered.

We have 3 young kids, plus are due our 4th (one day late now so any time!)

Of course in the UK the baby would receive their innoculations at 2 months of age, 3 months and 4 months, but we won't be here for all of them. Can anyone advise if a similar innoculation schedule is operated in NS? I would of course want the baby to have all of his/her jabs but am not sure how it works in Canada or specifically NS.

If anyone has experienced this with their baby, or is just very knowledgeable, I'd be grateful for any advice on this subject.

Thanks a lot,

Nikki
