The wisdom of Yoda

Is he the most intelligent being in the universe? Judge for yourselves -

"Fear is the path to the Dark side, fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering"

"Do or do not. There is no try"

and of course -

"When 900 years old you get, Viagra you need too, hmmmmm?"

One of the funniest Dilbert strips I ever saw was when Wally had been taking yoga classes.

The classes were doing something strange to his appearance. But we didn't find out what it was until the final frame, where Dilbert was telling Wally, "All I'm saying is it may not be a Yoga class", and Wally - with somewhat larger, pointy ears and more wrinkles than usual - replying, "Suspicious you are."

Yeah, Yoda can be funny but I take him seriously sometimes. When faced with a difficult task, I tell myself "Do or do not. There is no try."

If I hadn't believed in that, BE wouldn't exist. I hadn't a bl**dy clue what I was doing but had to somehow learn enough HTML and DreamWeaver in a couple of weeks to get this show on the road. I know it sounds cheesy but I even had "Do or do not. There is no try" written on a piece of paper and taped to the wall. It worked for me.

I'm a real believer in Yoda. I don't mind if others don't think that way, I'm sure I probably don't believe in many of the things they do.

Yes, Master Yoda is truly one of the great minds in the universe. Wise he is.
