For most of their career, Queen's individual members earned songwriter royalties equally for the A and B sides of their singles.

So Roger Taylor earned just as much for "Bohemian Rhapsody" as Freddie Mercury did - simply because he wrote "I'm In Love With My Car", which appeared on the B side.

Told my girl I'd have to forget her
Rather buy me a new carburettor
So she made tracks, saying 'This is the end now,
Cars don't talk back, they're just four-wheeled friends now'

Ok, but he still does a good telly interview, so give him credit for that.

S'more than Freddie can do.

(Who wrote Fat Bottommed Girls? As a chat up line, it never worked for me . . . )
