The British Residents Association meet on the first Monday of each month at the Calypso Hotel in Marsalforn. I'm sure they would welcome guests, if they thought they might become members at some future date. At least it would be a starting point

Another place you'll almost always find ex-pats congregating is late afternoons at the football club or band club in Għajnsielem (they're next door to each other, opposite the side of the church which you can't miss). Which one you'll find most people at generally depends which has the cheaper beer at the time.

Hi Steve, and welcome. where are you staying on Gozo? This site is a brilliant place to hear what ex pats think, but, I know that talking to someone is easier. The B.R.A. coffee morning is tomorrow and they would be very accommodating, failing that - when are you free? perhaps myself and 'im indoors could meet up with you (it would get 'im out of the house...)
Karen

You're only a five minute walk from the clubs in Għajnsielem then Steve! The easiest route (shortest and most level) is to go out the back of the hotel, head to the left and in a couple of hundred yards another left will bring you to the main square.
