New NI contributions

No, really... it does!
But does it matter more in Malta than at home?

New NI contributions

So from 6/4/2016 one will need 35 years of contributions to
qualify for the new flat rate of £155/week.
And for those who retire before that date with 30 years contributions will get the equivalent of the current rate of £113.10
Does that mean someone retiring on 1/4/2106 with say 34 years will get £113.10 and someone retiring the following week with 35 years
contributions will receive £155?
