Please read the following paragraph and click on the link for the full page from where its Copy&Pasted-

How to claim your UK State Pension if you live abroad
If you’re a Briton living abroad and have only worked in the UK, you should contact International Pension Centre to claim State Pension.
If you’re a Briton living abroad and you’re currently working overseas, you should claim State Pension through the country where you are still paying contributions.
If you’re a Briton living abroad and last paid pension contributions abroad, you should claim State Pension through the country where you last paid contributions.

If a person worked in UK for 30 years and then worked for few years in Malta ( EU+all the treaties) or lets say Thailand ( No treaties ),
Do they get the same pension (UK Portion- indexed or non indexed) if they had not worked abroad..

or they do get the same pension, but just delivered/taxed through the Malta/Thailand governmental apparatus.

or is it simply stating that you claim pension from malta/Thailand for work done there apart from getting state pension from UK for work done in UK.

Curious as to what it means even though still decades from any pension if at all.
