Interesting article. Intellectual property law really does lead to all sorts of ridiculous contortions and, as always - as the article points out - it's the lawyers who are the real beneficiaries.

I've just taken up a friend's suggestion that I give DSTW a Facebook page and use it to encourage discussion about the silly things in this world. The opening motion is Let's Get Rid of Wraning Notices (well, the silly ones) and make people think for themselves.
