Steven’s wife Caroline adds:

“Our first calf was born here at the farm on 1 June. Totally unassisted.”

Caroline (who’s one of the regulars on our Canada Forum) and Steven have a small family-run farm, Sengdroma Farm, in Prince Edward County on the northern shore of Lake Ontario. Steven is an award-winning photographer and has just set up a great new aerial photography service using a hi-tech pole-mounted camera:
