Hi woody,
we are planning taking out 2 king charles with us when we eventually go.
You have to have your pets microchipped, rabies etc (passported) also I have been told when you get there it is advisable to give them heartworm tabs to stop the moscuito bites from killing them aswell as stronghold for tapeworm and ticks which is more effective than frontline.
Hope this helps if not pm me

We are heading for Caldas de Rainha, which is just 45mins north of Lisbon, and hope to be there by early July. :P Just cannot wait!
