Where do I pick up my Christina Aguilera Tickets?

Hello! I have purchased Christina Aguilera tickets for tomorrow night, and just realized I need to pick them up "somewhere" that is not actually there at the location of the concert (Em. Palace). when I try to call the number it's busy. Has anyone done this and can tell me where to go? thanks!
