The inverted commas have got sucked into the link (as tends to happen with link automation, though it shouldn't - it's easy enough to exclude them, I'm sure, as they're not one of the range of acceptable characters for URLs).

But I think it's the grammatical howlers ("your" instead of "you're"; "British Embassies" instead of "British Embassy's") that Ruggie's getting at, rather than the website linked to. Am I right, Ruggie?

Just like universities, they're letting in anyone these days... Mind you, some of my longer-serving ex-colleagues weren't exactly H. W. Fowler incarnate either.
