Fascinating stuff. And at £11 for the hardback, not outrageously expensive, either. I'm tempted.

I wonder how quickly it is changing. I'd rather have access to regularly-updated data, but £11 is good for a snapshot as comprehensive as this.

Just took a look at the rents along the Central Line: in my second year of work in London, I was renting a one-room flat in Lancaster Gate, sharing with one other person. That looks unlikely for anyone in the same situation today.
