Just wanted to say hello!

I am delighted to be moving to Malta to work on 27th July (Birkirkara area). I dont really know anyone over there, so look forward to hearing about any socialising and networking events that might be happening!

Look forward to possibly meeting some of you! :)

Hi Sarah

Welcome to the forum. Yes! There are lots of events and ways to meet people in Malta/Gozo. Try the Events board on our Malta forum.

BTW, BE is running a quiz on the 4th of August at the Bo Jangles pub on Gozo - the details are on the Malta events board. You're welcome to attend as an individual and join a quiz team on an ad hoc basis. Tickets cost eight euros, include the cost of food, and a small donation to Gozo SPCA.

Thanks Kay!

That sounds like a go-er to me (although my general knowledge resembles that of a text-less book) but I'm game for joining in the fun! :) (watch the team invitations come flooding in!) ha ha.

Many thanks :D
