Paraguay, named after the river that flows centrally through it, is one of just two landlocked countries in the Americas. What else do you know about it?

Ex-pats socialising in Romania

Postby Davincluj » Mon 3 Mar 2008 11:15 GMT

I, ve just arrived in Cluj and would be happy for any other ex-pats in Romania to text me on 00447866361066 (which is my now hardly-used uk mobile phone), with a view to meeting up, swapping info & experiences & maybe hitting the town sometimes . I hope to visit various cities, certainly Bucharest, so we cann arrange a meeting.....

Hi all. My wife and I moved from Australia to Bucharest 3 years ago. If you need some advice on general expat life over here or if you'd like to find out where you can meet other expats either give me a call on 0726644411 or my email address is in my profile.
Life over here is a little crazy but it's all good.

Hi all,

Just found the site (having been here a couple of months now); slowly starting to find my feet here in Bucharest, though would love to meet up with some ex-pats!

Am also now starting to think about looking for work having recently got my Romanian Residency Permit (anyone go through the same hoops as me??!!) and to get into the ex-pat scene, as well as doing the 'when in Rome' stuff!!

Am engaged to a Romanian; living in Drumul Taberei......

Would love to chat, make friends, so please drop me a line!
