Atlantic coast or Pacific coast? Prairies or cities? So many choices in a country of Canada's size... why not post here and discuss the options with others?

St Catharines ON - Info needed!

Postby Lindyloo31 » Mon 21 Jun 2010 19:30

Hi All

My fiance and I are moving to Canada in August as I am starting college in September. We have been advised to look at property in St Catharines and are wondering if anyone can tell us the best areas of St catharines to look at - and the areas that are best avoided (if any). We've visited the city, but did not manage to get much information on the "best" and "worst" areas.

Any replies will be very much appreciated!

Many thanks

My friend says: Look in Thorold or Fonthill If they are set on St. Catharines, avoid Old Pine Trail and area, anything along the QEW. NE is nice as is the SW

Hope this helps.
