Working in Canadian media

Postby bertiejones » Sun 03 Feb 2008 10:24

Hi. I'm thinking of moving to Canada in the summer and I'd like to continue to work in the media (I've got a couple of years experience working at the BBC as a researcher in both TV and radio). Has anyone got any advice on how to go about this? I.e. is it probably best to move to Toronto rather than other cities like Vancouver or Toronto? Thanks for your time.

For getting a job in your field you should have references. If you get some from BBC, it should be acceptable for employers. See jobs of your field on internet, that will give you an idea, in which city you can have batter chance.
