Flooding and forest fires?

Hi, I'm just wondering how badly effected most people have been by the flooding and forest fires, and the drought. I've read some pretty terrible news on the internet, homes and forests destroyed, electricity, water and phone lines knocked out. I'd be very very keen to hear any news of what it's like there at the moment, particularly the area around razgrad and popovo? We've bought a house in Sadina, which is about halfway between those two cities. We're not sure if the house is still standing, or whether we'll be able to get there, though we're due to travel in a week.
Any information, or advice, or advice on finding information would be deeply appreciated
