Health Insurance & Maternity ?

Postby » Tue 1 Sep 2009 02:52 GMT

Hi I live in Arizona and have been here for about 2 years. We were hoping to start a family and looking into affordable medical insurance with maternity. HELP !!
All I have found out is it is expensive , it covers very little, you can't use the insurance until after 12 months and even then you will get a huge bill !

Does anyone have the answer ?

Thank you

If you've been here for two years I don't really see a problem getting insurance and using it immediately. It is expensive, yes, but you should be able to get something for around $700 a month. Just get the insurance before the pregnancy or it will be considered a preexisting condition. Good luck!
