How to find H1B or GC sponsored employers

Postby coyne20 » Thu 10 Jun 2010 09:19 GMT

What is the best approach to take in order to find US employers who are willing to sponsor foreign candidates on either a H1B or GC? Any ideas or suggestions?

There is a lot of unemployment in the USA at the moment, you'll find employers are looking for workers skilled within their own field. Best bet is to find the field that you are the best qualified for and then look for positions in that category. Remember you have to be better than any indigent Americans and, as in Canada, there haven't been any suitable applicants for the position. Hard to do that from the UK, have you considered any recruitment companies? What are you qualified in?

Good luck.
