How did you do the panorama? Stitching or a special camera?

Stitching software, pearl one etc., etc. :)

It is one of a small series taken over a long period of time, like about 7 years or so.

Camera is an old Panasonic Lumix DMC FX7, lens Leica DC Vario-ELMARIT 1:2.8 - 5.0/5.8 - 17.4 ASPH (what ever that means?)

I'd guess that ASPH is short for aspherical. Quite what the relative merits of aspherical and spherical lenses are, I've no idea. :?
