Relocating

I´ve been living in Mallorca for 2 years and am now ready to move on, I like the idea of Croatia. I´ve created a small property management business, looking after private holiday apartments for their (British) owners, servicing after renters etc., and dealing with tradesmen in the winter. Could anyone tell me if there is any scope for this type of thing in Croatia, or do owners use the local workforce?
